Accent RV is committed to quality, honesty, and long-term support for every customer we serve. Our roof systems are built to last, and our warranties reflect the same straightforward integrity we bring to all our work. We do not believe in gimmicks or misleading “lifetime warranties.” Instead, we guarantee what we know will hold up through real-world use, real weather, and real miles on the road.

Below you will find detailed information about each type of roof system we install, along with our warranty coverage for structural repairs and maintenance recommendations that help protect your RV for years to come.

Our Warranty Philosophy

When you choose Accent RV, you are choosing a company that takes full responsibility for the work we perform. We keep our warranties simple, clear, and honest. If a roof system we install fails because of our workmanship or materials, we fix it. No runaround. No small print.

We do not offer vague or deceptive warranties that claim “lifetime” coverage. There is no such thing as a lifetime RV roof, and we believe the best way to serve our customers is through transparency, quality, and long-term support you can count on.

ARV RoofTech™ Warranty

18-Year No-Leak Warranty

Our flagship roof system comes with one of the strongest warranties in the industry.

Coverage includes:

Full 18-year no-leak warranty
100 percent materials and 100 percent labor
Full adhesion guarantee
No cracking, lifting, peeling, or seam failure
Full free repair for any system-related failure during the warranty period

What is not covered:

Impact damage
Branch strikes or punctures
Damage caused by roof accessories or third-party installations
Pre-existing water damage (before installation)
Modifications made by the owner after installation

Maintenance:

Regular inspections are recommended to be sure no damage has occurred to roof system or roof components, especially after storms or extended UV exposure. However, inspections and/or maintenance are NOT REQUIRED in order to maintain your ARV Roof Tech warranty. We provide guidance for simple, low-cost upkeep that helps maximize the life and appearance of your new roof system.

10-Year Acrylic Roof System Warranty

Our budget-friendly system offers a strong level of protection at a lower price point.

Coverage includes:

10-year no-leak warranty
100 percent materials and 100 percent labor
Full adhesion guarantee
No cracking, lifting, peeling, or seam failure
Full free repair for any system-related failure during the warranty period

Not covered:

Impact damage
Branch strikes or punctures
Damage caused by roof accessories or third-party installations
Pre-existing water damage (before installation)

OEM Membrane Replacement Warranty

EPDM, TPO, or PVC Manufacturer Materials Warranty

When you choose a full OEM-style membrane replacement (EPDM, TPO, or PVC), two warranties apply:

Manufacturer Material Warranty:

Most materials provide 10–12 years of protection against material defects such as cracking or premature deterioration.

Accent RV Labor Warranty:

Labor Warranty:

We provide a 2-year labor warranty on all OEM membrane installations. If anything we install fails due to poor workmanship, we repair it at no charge within the warranty period. We are unable to warranty labor any longer than two years due to the required maintenance schedule of all OEM roof membranes.

Notes:

Manufacturer material warranties typically do not cover labor.
OEM membranes still require standard RV roof maintenance (sealants, seams, component upkeep).

Structural Repair Warranty

2-Year Structural Labor Warranty

For major structural work such as:

Roof decking
Wall rebuilds
Water-damage repairs
Frame reinforcement
Slide-out rebuilds

Accent RV provides a 2-year structural labor warranty on all work we perform.

What is covered:

Failures caused by workmanship or improper installation
Structural defects introduced during our repair process

Not covered:

Existing water damage that continues after repairs
New leaks caused by roof components or exterior failures not related to our repair
Damage from accidents, impacts, or neglect
Structural failures outside the area we repaired

What Is Not Covered Under Any Warranty

We want all expectations to be clear and honest. The following items are not covered under roof or structural warranties:

Damage from impacts, branches, falling objects, or accidents
Damage caused by owner modifications or third-party installations
Leaks caused by roof accessories (vents, ACs, antennas, solar mounts)
Improper maintenance or use of incompatible sealants
Pre-existing leaks or rot not visible during teardown
Damage from natural disasters
Damage caused by interior condensation or plumbing failures

Why We Do Not Offer “Lifetime Warranties”

Many companies in the RV roofing world advertise “lifetime roof systems.” These warranties are marketing language, not reality. No RV roof material will last forever, and no manufacturer will cover a roof for the lifetime of a coach.

Accent RV does not believe in exaggerating or misleading our customers.

We offer real warranties based on real performance.

Our ARV RoofTech™ system has been engineered for extremely long-term durability, and that is why we confidently stand behind it with an 18-year no-leak warranty. We would stack this roof system against any competitor's roof and fully expect our system to outlast them.
