Advanced RV Roof System
The ARV RoofTech™ System is our premium hybrid RV roof restoration solution, designed specifically for RVs exposed to heat, sun, vibration, and continuous movement. It combines a high-adhesion acrylic foundation, a reinforced structural fabric layer, and a durable polyurethane-modified topcoat engineered to deliver long-term protection and leak-free performance.
Our system is installed indoors in a controlled environment, allowing for uncompromised quality, superior curing conditions, and consistent results year-round.
ARV RoofTech™
Why RV Owners Choose ARV RoofTech™
Engineered for Long-Term Leak Protection
Every ARV RoofTech™ installation is built as a multi-layer roofing system. Each layer performs a specific function, creating a fully bonded, seamless, watertight membrane across the entire roof.

Superior Adhesion and Flexibility
The hybrid chemistry of our system allows it to bond tightly to RV substrates while flexing with the constant expansion, contraction, and road movement RV roofs experience.

High Reflectivity and Heat Reduction
The bright white finish reflects solar heat, reduces interior temperatures, protects the roof structure, and extends the life of the entire RV rooftop assembly.

Installed in a Controlled Indoor Environment
All ARV RoofTech™ roofs are installed inside our facility to eliminate moisture, weather disruptions, dew, and contamination, ensuring the cleanest possible bond and optimal curing.
The ARV RoofTech™ Multi-Layer System
1. High-Bond Acrylic Base Membrane
This layer creates the foundation of the ARV RoofTech™ System.
It provides excellent adhesion, bonding strength, and compatibility with RV roofing substrates. It also primes the roof for reinforced application and creates a smooth, clean surface for the structural layer.

2. Poly-Flex™ Reinforcement Fabric
Our proprietary Poly-Flex™ fabric is embedded into the wet base layer to add dimensional stability and tear resistance.
This reinforcement strengthens the membrane, prevents cracking at seams or stress points, and increases overall system longevity.

3. Polyurethane-Modified Elastomeric Topcoat
The finishing layer of the ARV RoofTech™ System is a premium elastomeric coating enhanced with polyurethane for:

-
increased tensile strength
-
excellent elongation
-
stronger resistance to ponding and pooling
-
superior durability under long-term UV exposure
This topcoat forms a seamless, reflective, weatherproof membrane engineered to withstand ongoing sun, heat, and movement.
Installation Process
Step 1: Roof Preparation
This layer creates the foundation of the ARV RoofTech™ System.

-
We begin by removing all existing roof parts and the old roof membrane. We carefully strip away any sealants and take the roof down to the bare plywood substrate.
-
Next, we thoroughly inspect the entire roof structure for any water damage, rot, or structural issues. If we find any damage, we repair it to ensure the roof is solid and sound.
-
Once the roof is fully inspected and repaired, we lay down a fresh layer of Luan plywood to create a perfectly smooth, clean surface. This new surface forms the ideal foundation for the ARV RoofTech™ system, ensuring excellent adhesion and a smooth base for the layers to come.

Step 2: Base Membrane and Fabric Reinforcement
Once the roof surface is fully prepared, we apply our specialized base membrane coating. While this base layer is still wet, we embed our proprietary Poly-Flex reinforcement fabric into it. This step adds dimensional stability and tear resistance to the entire membrane, ensuring it can handle stress points and movement. We then apply an additional coat of the membrane over the fabric, fully saturating and bonding it into a unified, reinforced structure.
This creates a seamless and stable base layer that sets the stage for the rest of the roofing system.

Step 3: Seam and Component Reinforcement
After the main membrane has cured, we reinforce every critical transition point on the roof. Using the same base membrane and Poly-Flex™ reinforcement fabric, we seal all perimeter seams, the full length of both side rails, and the front and rear cap transitions. We also reinforce around every roof component, including vents, skylights, antennas, and the air conditioner opening.

Each of these areas receives a fully embedded, fabric-reinforced seal that permanently replaces traditional caulking and prevents future cracking or separation. This step ensures that every seam, edge, and opening on the roof becomes part of the same unified, reinforced membrane.

Step 4: Final Protective Coating Application
With the entire roof membrane fully reinforced and all seams and components permanently sealed, we begin building the protective finish layers of the ARV RoofTech™ System.

First, we spray two full coats of our high-bond elastomeric base coating across the entire roof surface. These coats increase the total mil thickness of the membrane, smooth the roof, encapsulate the embedded Poly-Flex™ reinforcement fabric, and create a uniform foundation for the final protective layer.

Once these two coats have properly set under our controlled indoor conditions, we apply the polyurethane-modified elastomeric topcoat. This final finishing layer forms a seamless, UV-resistant, weatherproof shell engineered to withstand long-term sun exposure, heat, and the constant vibration and movement RV roofs experience on the road.

The result is a bright, reflective, maintenance-free roof surface that requires no caulking, no resealing, and no periodic roof maintenance throughout its service life.
Service Life and Warranty
The ARV RoofTech™ System is engineered for long-term performance that extends well beyond its warranty period. Because our system is built on a fully reinforced membrane and protected by a high-durability polyurethane-modified topcoat, its real-world service life commonly far exceeds the warranty term by many years.

Every ARV RoofTech™ installation includes an 18-year, fully transferable, labor-and-materials no-leak warranty. If the roof leaks or fails at any point during the warranty period, we repair it at no cost. This warranty transfers automatically to new owners each time the vehicle is sold, adding long-term value and confidence to your RV.

Why don’t we offer a lifetime warranty?

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the ARV RoofTech™ System last?
The ARV RoofTech™ system is designed to far outlast its 18-year no-leak warranty. In fact, many of our customers find that their ARV RoofTech installation lasts significantly longer, often making it the last RV roof you’ll ever need.

Does the system handle extreme heat and UV?
Yes. The ARV RoofTech™ system is engineered to perform in all weather conditions.
Our elastomeric finish coat is formulated for high solar reflectivity, reduced heat transfer, and excellent long-term UV stability, even under intense summer conditions. Because the system is fully reinforced and permanently sealed, it also stands up extremely well to cold temperatures, rain, snow, thermal expansion and contraction, and the constant vibration that comes from highway travel.

Whether your RV is parked in desert heat, stored in freezing winter temperatures, or traveling through changing climates, the ARV RoofTech™ membrane is built to remain flexible, stable, and watertight year-round.

Can the roof be repaired or recoated in the future?
Yes. While the ARV RoofTech™ System is designed to be maintenance-free and never needs routine sealing or caulking, it is fully repairable if the roof is ever damaged by outside forces (such as impact, falling branches, or aftermarket modifications).
If at any point an owner wishes to renew the warranty coverage again, the roof can also be cleaned, prepared, and recoated in the future to refresh the surface and rebuild mil thickness.
In short:
Yes, your roof can be repaired. You'll never need to REPLACE your roof again.

Do you remove my old roof?
Yes, in most cases. For the vast majority of RVs, we remove the old roof membrane, inspect the roof structure beneath it, and then install a fresh layer of luan plywood to create a smooth, solid foundation for the ARV RoofTech™ System. This ensures the new roofing system bonds properly and performs at its highest level.
In certain situations - such as specific fiberglass roofs or uniquely well-preserved existing membranes - we may be able to install the ARV RoofTech™ System over the existing surface on a case-by-case basis.
